<p>All orders are processed within <strong>1–5 business days</strong> after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.</p>

<p>FrameForward products are fulfilled via our global fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:</p>

<li><strong>Europe:</strong> 10–20 business days</li>
<li><strong>United States & Canada:</strong> 10–20 business days</li>
<li><strong>Rest of World:</strong> 15–30 business days</li>

<p>These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.</p>
<h3>Order Tracking</h3>
<p>Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow <strong>3–7 business days</strong> for tracking to become active after dispatch.</p>
<h3>Shipping Costs</h3>
<p>Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.</p>
<h3>Customs, Duties & Import Taxes</h3>
<p>For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. FrameForward is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.</p>
<h3>Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders</h3>
<p>If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us. We recommend waiting <strong>5 additional business days</strong> beyond the estimated date before raising a concern.</p>
